Look no further for mortgage help! As a first-time home buyer, I was already overwhelmed with the house hunt, let alone figuring out how to pay for it. I have lot of confidence in referrals from friends who have needed the same services, and Jonathan Easley came in highly referred! Not only is he a whiz at mortgage stuff, he's also a very easy person to talk to and will spend all the time necessary to get you all the information you need so you can be comfortable in your decision. We spoke to several other lenders during the process, most of which would never even call me back, and some others offered rates that were much higher than I was expecting. Jonathan answered the phone every time I called and even proactively reached out to me with more explanations, rate drops, and document requests. The mortgage process is a big undertaking - don't let anyone tell you it's easy. It takes weeks, with tons of documents and signatures needed. Jonathan literally held our hand through the entire process and made it as comfortable and easy going as a mortgage can get.
